• Email Address
• Retailer Name
• Store Location (Town/City)
• Where did you hear about us? (optional)
• Euronics only - Euronics Member Number
• Euronics only - Euronics Rewards Platform ID
• Password (stored securely and hashed)

We also store limited usage information related to your progress through the platform, quiz attempts, and competition eligibility.

2. Why We Collect This Information

This data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

• To provide secure access to the Beko Power Lounge training platform
• To track training completion and quiz performance
• To manage eligibility and entry into associated competitions and prize draws
• To administer user support and platform communications
• To facilitate rewards via the Euronics Rewards Platform (where applicable)

All personal data is processed in accordance with UK data protection laws, and only for the duration required to fulfil the above purposes.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your data is stored securely on password-protected servers accessible only to authorised Yellow Fish personnel involved in managing the platform on behalf of Beko Europe.

Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text. Access to user data is limited to those with a legitimate operational need.

Your personal data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes. We only share data with:

• Beko Europe, as the data controller
• Power City, Harvey Norman, DID, Expert, United Hardware, Sound Store, Hafele, Gowan Homes, Currys, B&Q, Wren Kitchens, Euronics, Sirius, and Hughes for the purpose of verifying competition eligibility and issuing rewards

No other third parties will receive your personal information unless required to do so by law.

We will retain your data only for as long as necessary to manage your participation in the platform and fulfil any legal or reporting obligations.
